Apache Junction is a city primarily in Pinal County, Arizona, USA, with a small portion in Maricopa County. According to 2005 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 32,297.

Apache Junction is named for the junction of the Apache Trail and U.S. Highway 60. Superstition Mountain, the westernmost peak of the Superstition Mountains, is nearby.
