Heber-Overgaard is a census-designated place (CDP) in Navajo County, Arizona, United States. Situated atop the Mogollon Rim, the community lies at an elevation of around 6,500 feet. The population was 2,722 at the 2000 census. The name Heber is from the Book of Mormon; the first white settlers in the area were adherents of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons).
