Clermont is a city in Lake County, Florida, United States. The current population for Clermont is 22,097 at a 2006 census, making it the largest city in Lake County, Florida. The historic downtown district is still much as it was 50 years ago.
The Florida Citrus Tower, one of the first constructed Florida landmarks, is located in Clermont. The tower celebrated its 50th anniversary in December of 2006.
